Life is so busy.  Life is wonderful.  Life is stressful.  There is so much to do and the only thing I can't make is time.  We juggle so much: family, friends, school, work, home, church, food.  How can we take care of ourselves?  Eat right, exercise, get plenty of sleep?  How many of those things are happening?  I really struggle balancing all of the hats I wear.  One thing I'm learning to prioritize is my fitness.
